St. Olaf Homecoming Lunch

Enjoy Homecoming Lunch with old friends and family in Stav Hall on Saturday.
Menu to include the following:
Home Station: Smoked seafood gratin with gnocchi, sweet onions and parmesan cheese
Tortilla Station: Breakfast burritos
Grill Station: Firehouse sausage with sweet peppers and jalapeno mustard
Bowls Station: Korean style braised chicken with sticky rice and cucumber slaw
Grains Station: Aubergine and portobella sandwich with mini pretzel rolls and sun dried tomoato cream cheese
A full salad bar will be offered along with bars and cookies.
