The St. Olaf annual Christmas Festival is taking place this week from Thursday December 5th-Sunday December 8th. Make sure you get your Scandinavian fill in! The classics you know and love including rommegrot, lefse, Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, slow cooked salmon, and the crème av crème (everyone's favorite) lutefisk!
