German Unity Day

Join us for a celebration of the unification of Germany. All foods German will be the star of the show.
Stav Hall will feature:
Sauerkrautsuppe, Kartoffelsuppe (sour cabbage soup, potato soup)
Sauerbraten (marinated beef pot roast)
Salzkartoffeln (boiled red potatoes)
Geröstete Karotten aus der Region (roasted local carrots)
Bienenstich Kuchen (cake and Bavarian cream)
