French Day

In conjunction with the French Department here at St. Olaf, we are excited to bring you a meal full of tradition and fun in The Kings’ Dining Hall.

Soups:

Soupe de patates et poireaux. Leek and potato soup

Soupe au poulet au pistou. Chicken and vegetable soup

Buffet:

Legumes grilles. Roasted vegetables

Haricots verts cuits a la vapeur. Steamed French style green beans

Riz piulaf sauvage. Wild Rice Pilaf

Pommes de terre gratinees. Au gratin potatoes

Saumon cuit au four avec sauce au beurre. Bakes salmon with white wine butter sauce

Filet de boeuf roti. Roasted beef tenderloin.
