Food for Your Well Being: Just Add Water

Is your beverage actually hydrating you? Did you know you can eat your drink? Plenty of fruits, vegetables, and soups can help keep you hydrated while cutting out added sugars which can actually dehydrate you. Join us to learn more about healthy ways to keep your body hydrated. We will be sampling two aqua frescas outside of Stav Hall featuring a minty basil melon and a citrus with cayenne.
