Show us your carnival spirit and celebrate Fat Tuesday or Mardi Gras! Take a stroll through the French Quarter (Stav Hall) in all it’s glory and sample a taste of the life of New Orleanians! Grab your friends and start your own krewe ( social club that puts on a parade or ball for the Carnival season) and have a ball!

Menu to include

Lunch: muffuletta sandwich (salami, smoked ham, swiss, provolone, and mortadella) with olive salad

Dinner: sausage and chicken gumbo with steamed scallion white rice and buttermilk biscuits
