The Karibu Student Association of St. Olaf College is proud to celebrate their annual African Caribbean Night with all of you. Karibu is an organization created to strengthen the African and Caribbean community at St. Olaf. Bon Appetit is excited to showcase various dishes from these regions of the globe including Mozambique chicken, Ethiopian collard greens, jollop (a one-pot rice dish), injara (sourdough risen flat bread), and malva pudding.
